A new 6 storey concrete framed building for the University of Strathclyde.
Our client, BAM Construction Ltd, placed the order with us for the roofing package based on Liquid Plastics decothane Specifications put forward by ourselves for both inverted and warm roof constructions.
Our package started on site in June 2009.
We look forward to our continued association with BAM.

Our client, BAM Construction Ltd, involved us at an early stage of this project where we were a member of the design team, able to influence the design.
The Specifications agreed upon were a mix of Sarnafil warm roofing solutions with tapered insulation and Liquid Plastics inverted roofing solutions with slabs and ballast. Both systems require mansafe systems.
Our package started on site in October 2009.

The construction of a new Sports Facility within the old Ravenscraig Steelworks site re-development.
Balfour Beatty Construction (Scotland and South East) Ltd involved us in the early stages of the tender process where we were able to influence the design.
Our package is for the waterproofing of the complete spine roof utilising an inverted roofing specification by Liquid Plastics. The bulk of the roof area will be ballasted using concrete slabs or washed pebbles but there will be an area of green roofing.

A new college of excellence for the training of Veterinary Surgeons.
Balfour Beatty Construction Ltd awarded us the roofing package circa £1 million to provide Kalzip roofs and Bauder green roofs. The perimeter cladding to the roofs is also included in our package. Our work started on site in August 2009.
A new-build college to replace the existing on the same site, this development is phased to allow continuity for the college.
Our client is BAM Construction Ltd and the roofing construction is mainly Kalzip with Liquid Plastics on the ballasted roofs and Sarnafil on the stair roofs.
We are a Grade 1 Sub-Contractor with HBG and were involved in the design process with the Architects and other envelope contractors.
Contract Value £1.2 million.
The second phase started on site in August 2009.
